Similarly, Punjab National Bank (PNB) also received a 'Sell' recommendation with a target of Rs 103, implying a more substantial 13 percent potential downside.
On the flip side, Goldman Sachs holds a bullish outlook on several other major Indian lenders. HDFC Bank Ltd has been rated 'Buy' with a target of Rs 861, indicating a promising 19 percent potential upside for its shares. Meanwhile, IndusInd Bank Ltd and IDFC First Bank Ltd were assigned 'Neutral' ratings by the brokerage. IDFC First Bank has a target of Rs 92, suggesting a 7.2 percent upside, while IndusInd Bank's target of Rs 1,020 implies a modest 1.2 percent potential upside.
