The company officially announced October 6 as the launch date, positioning the device with a strong emphasis on its advanced camera capabilities, a substantial battery, and a refreshed software experience.

Central to the Vivo V80's appeal is its collaboration with ZEISS, integrating specialized imaging features like ZEISS Portrait So Pro. The phone boasts a robust camera setup, including a 50MP ZEISS OIS main camera with a Sony LYTIA 700V sensor. For telephoto capabilities, it features a 50MP ZEISS Night Telephoto camera with OIS, offering 3x optical zoom and an impressive 100x digital zoom.
Photography options extend to a ZEISS ultra-wide camera and a 50MP ZEISS Group Selfie Camera that provides a 92-degree wide-angle view, 0.8x-2x free zoom, and autofocus.
