OnePlus 15 and OPPO Find X9 series users are among the first to receive the stable ColorOS 17 update, arriving ahead of its initially scheduled October 29 rollout. This significant software upgrade, built on Android 17, brings a host of enhancements to eligible devices.

Key Enhancements in ColorOS 17

The new ColorOS 17 introduces a thoroughly redesigned interface, aiming for a more fluid and intuitive user experience. Users can expect smoother animations and substantial performance improvements across the system. A major focus of this update is the integration of new artificial intelligence (AI) features, enhancing everything from organization to image editing.

According to reports from 91Mobiles, the update is reaching OnePlus 15 users, identified by software version CPH2745_17.0.0.102(EX01). ColorOS 17 debuts the Living Flow Design, which revamps interface elements, animated transitions, and lighting effects across the lock screen, navigation bars, and notification panel. The Luminous Rendering Engine is also integrated, specifically designed to improve animation smoothness and optimize resource management for a more responsive system.

The suite of new AI features is extensive:

How to Download the ColorOS 17 Update

To check for and install the ColorOS 17 update, users should navigate to Settings > System & Updates > Software Update.
