Kore.ai Launches Artemis for Scalable AI Agent Management
Enterprise AI company Kore.ai has introduced Artemis, the latest iteration of its AI agent platform. This new platform aims to empower businesses to efficiently build, govern, and optimize their AI systems at an unprecedented scale, drastically cutting down deployment times.
According to Kore.ai, the Artemis edition of its Agent Platform can accelerate the deployment of production-ready AI agents from several months to just a few days. This significant reduction is attributed to its innovative AI-native architecture, designed to manage the entire AI agent lifecycle from creation to continuous optimization.
Key Features and Architecture
At the core of the Artemis platform are two crucial components:
- Agent Blueprint Language (ABL): A declarative language that standardizes the definition, validation, and governance of AI agents and workflows.
- Arch: An AI agent architect capable of translating business objectives into production-ready agent blueprints. Arch continuously refines these blueprints using real-time production data, generating agents from plain-language objectives.
The platform is engineered to manage multi-agent AI systems, incorporating built-in governance, observability, and operational controls even before deployment. Kore.ai emphasizes that Artemis logs and analyzes every AI decision and workflow in real-time, enhancing compliance and oversight.
Addressing Enterprise AI Challenges

Deployment and Integration Capabilities
Initially launched on Microsoft Azure, Kore.ai plans to expand the Artemis platform's availability to other cloud environments in the future. It supports diverse deployment scenarios including public cloud, sovereign regions, private cloud, and on-premises environments.
Furthermore, the platform boasts extensive integration capabilities, supporting more than 40 voice and digital channels. It also offers over 300 integrations with various enterprise software systems, including prominent platforms like Microsoft A365, Salesforce, HubSpot, Jira, and GitHub, ensuring seamless interoperability within existing IT infrastructures.
