South Indian film star Sreeleela continues to navigate a busy acting career while simultaneously pursuing her Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) degree. Despite a packed schedule with back-to-back film projects, the young actress remains committed to her medical studies.

In a recent interview, Sreeleela opened up about the challenges and rewards of managing her dual professional and academic life. Her routine often involves long shooting hours followed by dedicated study sessions, demanding equal focus and strong commitment to both acting and academics.
When asked about how she manages such a demanding schedule, Sreeleela told Bollywood Bubble, “You need willpower and patience. You also need to be able to switch your mind on and off between things.” She acknowledged that some days felt overwhelming, stating, “There were days when I felt like I was going crazy, but I still enjoyed doing both.”
Her passion for medicine is a key motivator. “I love being a doctor, I really like the subject, and I mostly spend my time studying it,” she added, highlighting the satisfaction and purpose she derives from her medical education.

Beyond her academic pursuits, Sreeleela also shared her perspective on her rise in the film industry. In an interview with Harper’s Bazaar India, she described her journey as “a series of steps that are small, quiet ones that suddenly became visible.”
She emphasized the continuous process of learning, unlearning, and relearning, striving to remain centered throughout. “The key is always to hold a sense of normalcy, and remind myself why I started in the first place,” Sreeleela reflected.
