Six Companies File DRHP for IPOs, Anarock Aims for ₹1,000 Crore Public Issue

Six Indian companies, including Anarock Property Consultants, BS Sponge, and Kataline, have filed Draft Red Herring Prospectuses (DRHPs) with SEBI for proposed Initial Public Offerings. These filings span diverse sectors from real estate advisory to steel manufacturing.

The rush for public listings on Dalal Street continues, with six companies across varied sectors recently submitting their Draft Red Herring Prospectuses (DRHPs) to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI). This new wave of filings indicates a robust pipeline for India's Initial Public Offering (IPO) market, featuring firms from real estate advisory, manufacturing, road safety, gold jewellery, infrastructure engineering, and steel.

Key Companies Seeking Public Listing

Anarock Property Consultants

Mumbai-based real estate advisory firm Anarock Property Consultants has filed a DRHP for a substantial ₹1,000 crore IPO. This issue is structured with a fresh issue component of up to ₹550 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of up to ₹450 crore. The company may also consider a pre-IPO placement of ₹110 crore. Proceeds from the fresh issue are earmarked for significant investments in AI and technology, business expansion, talent acquisition, the acquisition of DSP Design for ₹148 crore, and other strategic initiatives. Incorporated in 2011, Anarock reported a revenue of ₹881.8 crore and a net profit of ₹93.2 crore for FY26.

Sarva Foam Industries

Bhopal-based Sarva Foam Industries, which specializes in converting polyurethane (PU) foam waste into rebonded foam products, has filed a DRHP for an IPO comprising a fresh issue of up to 54 lakh shares and an OFS of up to 13.5 lakh shares by promoter Kunal Giani. The company plans to utilize ₹90 crore from the fresh issue to establish a new rebonded polyurethane foam facility and ₹30 crore for debt repayment and general corporate purposes. Sarva Foam's revenue grew to ₹206.12 crore in FY26 from ₹174.84 crore in FY25.

Kataline

Nagpur-based Kataline, a manufacturer and project executor for road safety marking products, has submitted its DRHP for an IPO consisting of a fresh issue of up to 43 lakh shares and an OFS of up to 43 lakh shares by promoters Amit Arvind Thatte and Ketaki Amit Thatte. Fresh proceeds will support working capital needs, manufacturing upgrades, and project execution equipment. Kataline saw its revenue increase by 38.79% to ₹220.58 crore in FY26, with net profit rising 61.15% to ₹26.83 crore.

Sunil Gold India

B2B gold jewellery supplier Sunil Gold India has filed a DRHP for a fresh issue of 2.1 crore shares and an OFS of up to 50 lakh shares by promoters Anil Jain and Shrenik Jain. The company intends to allocate approximately ₹220 crore from the fresh issue towards working capital requirements and general corporate purposes. Incorporated in 2012, Sunil Gold India's revenue surged by 155.64% to ₹1,332.27 crore in FY26, largely driven by a significant increase in gold processing.

BS Sponge

Raigarh-based BS Sponge, a manufacturer of sponge iron, billets, slabs, and various steel products, has filed a DRHP for a ₹1,000 crore IPO. This issue includes a fresh issue of up to ₹800 crore and an OFS of up to ₹200 crore. A major portion of the fresh proceeds, ₹650 crore, is designated for repaying or pre-paying existing borrowings. BS Sponge recorded a revenue of ₹2,592.52 crore and a profit of ₹171.11 crore in FY26.

Pioneer Fabricators

New Delhi-based Pioneer Fabricators, an infrastructure engineering, fabrication, and construction company, has filed a DRHP for a ₹190 crore IPO, entirely comprising a fresh issue. The funds are planned for working capital (₹63 crore), upgrades to its existing facility (₹4.69 crore), and the development of a proposed manufacturing unit (₹58.6 crore). Pioneer Fabricators achieved a revenue of ₹186.27 crore and a net profit of ₹25.6 crore in FY26, with an order book standing at ₹320.3 crore.
