Infosys
The IT solutions giant reported a strong performance for the March 2026 quarter, with net profit surging 20.9% year-on-year to Rs 8,501 crore. Revenue also saw a healthy increase of 13.4% year-on-year, reaching Rs 46,402 crore. The company board announced a final dividend of Rs 25 per share for the fiscal year 2026.
LTM
Another prominent IT major, LTM, registered a 22.9% year-on-year growth in net profit, amounting to Rs 1,387.3 crore for the three months ending March 31, 2026. Revenue climbed 15.6% to Rs 11,291.7 crore. The company also declared a final dividend of Rs 53 per share.
Tata Capital
The Tata group's non-banking financial company (NBFC) posted an impressive 80.6% year-on-year jump in net profit, reaching Rs 1,182.6 crore for the January-March 2026 quarter. Net interest income grew 17.2% year-on-year to Rs 2,652.2 crore. A dividend of Rs 0.57 per share for FY26 was announced.

The company also approved a share buyback program worth Rs 720 crore at a price of Rs 1,125 per share.
