Paytm (One 97 Communications)

  • Media reports suggest SAIF Partners is likely to sell a 2.3 percent stake (1.49 crore equity shares) in Paytm's parent company, One 97 Communications, through block deals. The estimated deal size is Rs 2,002 crore, with a floor price of Rs 1,339.65 per share.

Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC)

  • The Government of India has announced an Offer For Sale (OFS) of up to 6.5 percent stake in LIC, scheduled for August 4-5. The base offer comprises 2.5 percent of equity (31.62 crore shares), with an additional 4 percent available under a green shoe option. The floor price is set at Rs 382 per share.

Meesho

  • Elevation Capital and Peak XV Partners may offload a 2.3 percent stake (10.5 crore shares) in Meesho via block deals. The deal is estimated at Rs 1,900 crore, with a floor price of Rs 182.08 per share.

SBI Funds Management

  • The asset management company reported a 3.7 percent year-on-year rise in net profit to Rs 880.3 crore for the June 2026 quarter. DLF

  • Real estate major DLF posted a 4.1 percent year-on-year increase in net profit to Rs 793.9 crore for Q1 FY27, despite a 52.9 percent decline in revenue to Rs 1,280.3 crore. EBITDA also fell significantly by 58.7 percent to Rs 150.3 crore, with margins contracting to 11.7 percent.

Indian Renewable Energy Development Agency (IREDA)

  • The state-run lender announced a 37.1 percent year-on-year jump in net profit to Rs 338.5 crore for the June 2026 quarter. Net interest income (NII) surged 24.1 percent to Rs 857.5 crore, and net interest margin (NIM) improved to 3.75 percent. Krishna Institute of Medical Sciences (KIMS)
