Mediagarh, a Jodhpur-based education marketing agency, celebrated Diwali 2026 by gifting four brand-new cars—a Tata Harrier, Hyundai i20, and two Tata Tiagos—to top-performing employees. This marks the third consecutive year the company has rewarded staff with vehicles.

Jodhpur, India – Mediagarh, an education marketing agency based in Jodhpur, took its Diwali celebrations to a new level by presenting four of its high-achieving employees with brand-new cars. The generous gifts, which included a Tata Harrier, a Hyundai i20, and two Tata Tiagos, were announced during the company's annual 'Sneh Milan 3.0' Diwali event held on Dhanteras, November 6, 2026, at Hotel Madhuram Royale.

The recipients were identified as Pranjal Mathur, a Web Developer, and Aman Usmani, a Lead UI/UX Designer, who each received a Tata Tiago. Senior Account Manager Mehak Lalwani was awarded a Hyundai i20, while Project Manager Nitin Sisodiya drove home in a Tata Harrier. The emotional announcement saw employees receive their car keys in front of their families, a moment that visibly moved many, including Lalwani.

Mediagarh's Tradition of Employee Recognition

Founded in 2021, Mediagarh has rapidly grown, employing over 100 professionals across its offices in Jodhpur, Jaipur, and Bengaluru. The company, which provides marketing services to schools, colleges, and universities nationwide, has established a tradition of grand Diwali gifting. This year's four car giveaways follow previous years where one car was gifted in the first year and two in the second, showcasing a consistent commitment to employee appreciation.

Pankaj Budhwani, founder of Mediagarh, stated that the car gifts were a direct reflection of the recipients' hard work, consistency, and dedication. Co-founder Vanshika Agarwal added that the 'Sneh Milan' celebration emphasized togetherness and acknowledged the collective contributions of their teams and their families.

Beyond Cars: Comprehensive Diwali Rewards

In addition to the significant car gifts, Mediagarh ensured a festive atmosphere for all. The event gathered over 250 people, including employees and their families. The company distributed Diwali hampers across various departments and presented 15 silver and 15 gold awards to employees for exceptional performance throughout the year.

This trend of extravagant Diwali rewards, ranging from cars and motorcycles to flats and jewellery, highlights a growing movement among Indian companies to move beyond traditional bonuses and sweets, using festive occasions to significantly recognize employee contributions and boost morale during peak festive demand.
