Infosys Expands Indore Development Center

IT giant Infosys has announced the expansion of its Indore Development Center (DC). This move aims to bolster its presence in Central India and enhance capabilities across crucial areas such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), cloud computing, cybersecurity, and next-generation digital services.

Mazagon Dock Secures Anchor Shipyard Role

State-run defense player Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with National Shipbuilding & Heavy Industries Park Maharashtra (NSHIPML). Under this agreement, Mazagon Dock will participate as the Anchor Shipyard in the proposed Greenfield Shipbuilding Industrial Cluster at Dighi, Maharashtra. The new shipyard is projected to achieve an annual shipbuilding capacity of at least 1.2 million gross tonnage.

Fortis Healthcare to Launch New Delhi Super-Specialty Hospital

Healthcare and hospitality chain Fortis Healthcare has finalized agreements with Seth Sunder Lal Jain Charitable Eye Hospital. The collaboration will establish a 400-bed super-specialty hospital in Ashok Vihar, New Delhi, with operations expected to commence within three to four years.

Alembic Pharmaceuticals Receives USFDA Clearance

Alembic Pharmaceuticals has received an Establishment Inspection Report (EIR) from the USFDA, officially closing the inspection of its bioequivalence facility in Vadodara, Gujarat. The inspection was conducted between March 3 and March 7, 2025.

Tempsens Instruments Reports Strong Q1 Performance

Recently listed Tempsens Instruments announced a 15.56% year-on-year (YoY) increase in net profit, reaching Rs 16.27 crore for the June 2026 quarter. Revenue for the quarter also saw a substantial 33.35% YoY jump to Rs 118.71 crore, with EBITDA rising 15.5% YoY.

Six Companies Set for Stock Market Debut

Thursday, September 21, will see the mainboard listing of six companies: Rentomojo, Karamtara Engineering, Steamhouse India, LCC Projects, Asset Reconstruction Company India (ARCIL), and Manipal Payment & Identity Solutions. These companies collectively raised Rs 4,510 crore from investors between September 9-11.

Quarterly Results Expected Today

Companies including Skyways Air Services and Orissa Minerals Development Company are scheduled to release their results for the June 2026 quarter later today.
