Real estate giant DLF Ltd. has confirmed the complete sell-out of 'The Aureva,' its premium luxury retirement housing project located in Sector 63, Gurugram. The project achieved total sales of approximately ₹1,985 crore, underscoring significant demand for high-end residential offerings tailored for the retirement segment.

Spanning approximately 4.17 acres, The Aureva comprises 172 luxury residences, offering a total saleable area exceeding 7.5 lakh square feet.
