Company Profile: Healthcare Logistics & Services

Founded in June 2015 and headquartered in New Delhi, Credent Connect N Care specializes in delivering technology-enabled operational, workforce, and supply chain solutions to healthcare institutions across India. Operating on a business-to-business (B2B) model, its client base includes diagnostic laboratories, IVD companies, pharmaceutical firms, hospitals, and clinics.

Leveraging over 14 years of operational experience, the company has developed an extensive nationwide healthcare logistics network. It maintains partnerships with more than 2,500 laboratories and employs a field force of over 6,500 professionals for its last-mile healthcare services throughout India.

Financial Performance and Valuation

For the financial year ending March 31, 2026, Credent Connect N Care reported a net profit of Rs 18.45 crore on revenues of Rs 214.43 crore. The company's EBITDA (Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation, and Amortization) stood at Rs 28.46 crore.

At its IPO valuation, the company commands a market capitalization of approximately Rs 345 crore. The grey market premium (GMP) for the stock was last observed at Rs 50 apiece, suggesting a potential listing gain of around 26 percent over the upper end of the issue price.

According to Equivision, the company's FY26 revenue from operations experienced a significant surge of 174.77 percent to Rs 214.16 crore, primarily driven by robust growth in operations, supply chain management, and healthcare services. While logistics revenue grew modestly, contributions from marketing, IT services, and software sales also fueled the overall expansion. EBITDA notably increased from Rs 4.99 crore to Rs 28.46 crore, and profit after tax rose to Rs 18.45 crore, indicating improved margins.

Analyst Outlook and Key Risks

Despite strong financial growth, analysts at Equivision have assigned a 'neutral' rating to the IPO. Concerns have been raised regarding the nature of the growth, which was largely supported by subsidiary expansion and consolidation, potentially indicating less organic development.

The business also faces challenges typical of a working-capital-intensive model, characterized by high receivables and negative operating cash flow. Furthermore, customer concentration presents a significant risk, with the top 10 customers contributing a substantial 81.76 percent of the company's FY26 revenue.
