Shareholders will vote on this dividend proposal at the company's 81st Annual General Meeting (AGM), scheduled for July 31, 2026. Subject to shareholder approval, the dividend payment is expected to be completed on or before August 5, 2026.
This Rs 130 per share payout, equivalent to 1,300% on the stock's face value, was announced concurrently with the company's March quarter and full-year earnings report.

For the financial year ended March 2026, Bajaj Holdings & Investment reported a substantial increase in net profit, rising 49% year-on-year to Rs 2,575 crore, compared to Rs 1,726 crore in FY25. However, revenue from operations saw a significant decline, falling 58% to Rs 61 crore from Rs 145 crore in the previous fiscal year.
Including an interim dividend of Rs 65 per share already distributed during FY26, the total dividend declared by BHIL for the fiscal year amounts to Rs 195 per share. The stock currently offers a dividend yield of approximately 1.37% at current market levels.
