According to early estimates, the film garnered ₹22 crore on its opening day, followed by ₹33.75 crore on Day 2 and ₹26 crore on Day 3. Its first-week India net collection reached an impressive ₹113.50 crore.
By Day 8, Awarapan 2 added an estimated ₹0.02 crore, bringing its total India net collection to approximately ₹113.52 crore. The film's India gross collection currently stands at around ₹135.46 crore, showcasing its significant commercial success.
Batwara 1947 Faces Decline
Conversely, Batwara 1947 has faced challenges in sustaining its initial box office pace. The film debuted with approximately ₹5.75 crore on Day 1, experiencing a notable surge to ₹13.50 crore on Independence Day.
