ArMee Infotech IPO Opens Today: Price Band, GMP, and Analyst Ratings Revealed

ArMee Infotech's initial public offering kicks off today, aiming to raise Rs 300 crore. The IT infrastructure firm is offering shares at Rs 350-375 apiece, with analysts providing mixed recommendations on its long-term prospects.

The initial public offering (IPO) of ArMee Infotech commenced for subscription on Wednesday, September 23, with the issue set to close on Friday, September 25. The IT infrastructure solutions provider intends to raise Rs 300 crore through a fresh issuance of 8,000,000 equity shares.

ArMee Infotech IPO Details

Investors can subscribe to the ArMee Infotech IPO within a price band of Rs 350-375 per equity share. The minimum application requires bidding for 40 shares, with multiples thereafter. The net proceeds from the IPO are earmarked for business expansion, funding working capital needs, debt repayment, and general corporate purposes.

Ahead of the public offering, ArMee Infotech successfully raised Rs 39.94 crore from four anchor investors by allocating 1,065,000 equity shares at Rs 375 each. Notable participants included Abundantia Capital UCC, Vikasa India EIF-I Fund, AMUTSG Ventures Fund, and VBCUBE Ventures Trust.

Company Background and Financials

Founded in 2003 and based in Ahmedabad, ArMee Infotech is a key part of the ArMee Group, specializing in IT infrastructure solutions and managed services. The company delivers comprehensive technology solutions across diverse sectors such as government, corporates, banking, financial services and insurance (BFSI), and education. Recently, ArMee Infotech has diversified into retail sales and renewable energy, broadening its business scope beyond its core IT offerings.

Financially, ArMee Infotech reported a net profit of Rs 45.47 crore on a revenue of Rs 1,410.09 crore for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. In the preceding fiscal year (2024-25), the company recorded a net profit of Rs 41.67 crore with a revenue of Rs 1,315.78 crore. At its current valuations, the company commands a market capitalization of approximately Rs 1,190 crore.

Issue Allocation and Grey Market Premium (GMP)

The IPO allocation reserves 25% of the issue for Qualified Institutional Bidders (QIBs), 22.25% for Non-Institutional Investors (NIIs), and the largest portion, 52.50%, for retail investors. Market observers noted a Grey Market Premium (GMP) for ArMee Infotech shares in the range of Rs 45-50, suggesting a potential listing gain of 12-13% for investors.

Khandwala Securities and Saffron Capital Advisors are acting as the book-running lead managers for the IPO, with Cameo Corporate Services serving as the registrar. Shares of ArMee Infotech are scheduled to list on both BSE Ltd and NSE on Wednesday, September 30.
