Anant Ambani's Vantara initiative, primarily known for its extensive wildlife rescue and conservation efforts, has expanded into the premium dessert market with the debut of Vantara Creamery. This new luxury ice cream brand has quickly gained attention for its distinctive offerings and pricing.

Luxury Flavors and Pricing

Vantara Creamery introduces 17 artisanal ice cream flavors, each reflecting India's rich culinary heritage. Options include traditional favorites like Malai Kulfi and Kesar Peda, alongside unique combinations such as Guava Chilli, Filter Coffee, and refreshing Lemon Sorbet.

The brand positions itself in the luxury segment, with reports indicating a starting price of ₹750 per scoop, plus taxes, for its premium creations. The ice creams are crafted using A2 Gir cow milk, touted as a key ingredient contributing to their rich texture and high quality.

Where to Experience Vantara Creamery

For those eager to try these exclusive desserts, Vantara Creamery has made its initial debut at Jio World Drive in Mumbai. The brand is currently operating through an experiential ice cream truck, offering visitors a unique tasting experience. As of now, details regarding a wider retail rollout or online delivery services have not been confirmed.

Vantara: Beyond Desserts

While the creamery marks a new consumer-facing venture, the core Vantara project remains a monumental wildlife rescue, care, and conservation initiative. Led by Anant Ambani and backed by the Reliance Foundation, Vantara is situated within the Reliance Jamnagar Refinery complex in Gujarat.

Spanning an impressive 3,000 to 3,500 acres, it stands as one of the world's largest facilities dedicated to the rescue, treatment, and rehabilitation of endangered, injured, abused, and captive animals. The facility boasts specialized veterinary hospitals, wildlife ambulances, quarantine zones, and dedicated care centers for elephants, housing over 1.5 lakh animals across 2,000 species. The wildlife facility is not open to the general public, focusing solely on its conservation mission.
