Bollywood star Saif Ali Khan has completed the sale of one of his Mumbai properties, a 797-square-foot apartment located in the sought-after Bandra West neighborhood. The transaction, valued at ₹4.11 crore, also includes two open parking spaces, according to property registration documents.
Details of the Bandra West Sale
The apartment, situated in Hi-Cons Residency, saw its sale deed officially executed and registered on October 19, 2026. However, the agreement to sell was initially signed on March 7, 2024, with the buyers taking possession on the same day. The property registration records indicate that the transaction incurred a stamp duty of ₹24.66 lakh.
This particular apartment was part of a larger, 6,000-square-foot unit that Saif Ali Khan originally purchased for ₹9.7 crore on March 30, 2007. This larger unit, also in Hi-Cons Residency, was subsequently divided into three separate apartments on June 19, 2014, with the recently sold 797-square-foot unit being one of them.
Saif Ali Khan's Broader Real Estate Portfolio
The sale of the Bandra West apartment comes amidst other significant real estate activities by the actor. Saif Ali Khan recently leased two commercial units on Andheri Kurla Road in Mumbai to Durva Fintech Private Limited for a substantial monthly rent of ₹22.76 lakh. These units combine for a RERA carpet area of 5,692 square feet, with the five-year lease agreement registered on September 29, 2026.
Currently, Saif Ali Khan resides with his family, including wife Kareena Kapoor Khan, in the Satguru Sharan building in Mumbai. This expansive residence, measuring over 6,500 square feet, was acquired in April 2012 for ₹23.50 crore. Prior to this, the couple lived in the Fortune Heights apartment complex, where Khan had purchased another apartment in April 2016 for ₹7 crore.
