· · 3 min read

Digital lending platform Viva Money has launched its services in Delhi and Haryana, marking its expansion to seven Indian states. The move aims to provide accessible short-term credit, offering loans up to ₹200,000 with 0% interest and rapid disbursal.

Digital lending platform Viva Money has announced a significant expansion of its services, launching operations in Delhi and Haryana. This strategic move brings the company's presence to seven states across India, achieved within less than two months.

The expansion underscores Viva Money's commitment to making short-term digital credit readily available to individuals seeking swift financial assistance without the burdens of extensive paperwork or complex approval procedures. Customers in these new regions can now apply for a Super Flexi Loan online, accessing up to ₹200,000 with 0% interest, with funds typically disbursed in under 15 minutes.

Rapid Growth and Flexible Solutions

Viva Money has demonstrated consistent growth since its inception. The platform has successfully served over 55,000 customers, facilitating approximately 400,000 loans and disbursing more than ₹750 crore across its operational markets. This latest expansion marks another key milestone in its efforts to strengthen its foothold in India's burgeoning digital lending sector.

A distinctive feature of Viva Money's offering is its flexibility. Unlike traditional loans that often require borrowers to take the entire approved sum, Viva Money allows eligible users to withdraw only the specific amount they need from their approved credit limit. Interest is charged solely on the utilized amount, providing customers with greater control and adaptability for managing both planned and unforeseen expenses.

Targeting North India's Digital Adoption

Vishal Jain, Head of Marketing at Viva Money, commented on the company's strategic direction. "We are witnessing a clear shift in how people want to borrow. Customers today expect financial services to be simple, fast, and available when they need them," Jain stated. "Expanding to Delhi and Haryana within such a short span is an important milestone for us, but it is only one part of a much bigger journey. Our goal is to make flexible digital borrowing available to more people across India while keeping the experience transparent and easy to use."

The company views North India as a significant growth opportunity, anticipating increased adoption of digital financial services and a demand for borrowing solutions that integrate seamlessly with daily life. Delhi and Haryana are expected to play a crucial role in Viva Money's next phase of market penetration and growth.

Future Expansion Plans

This expansion aligns with Viva Money's broader growth roadmap, which includes plans to enter additional Indian states in the coming months. Concurrently, the company aims to continuously enhance the customer experience through technological advancements and faster loan processing, reinforcing its mission to democratize digital borrowing across the nation.
