Bollywood actor Tiger Shroff has completed the sale of his apartment in Mumbai’s upscale Khar West neighborhood for a reported ₹9 crore. The property transaction was officially registered on October 22, 2026, marking his third significant real estate deal within approximately one year.
This latest sale comes shortly after a widely reported firing incident near Shroff’s car in Mumbai’s Juhu area on October 18. While the actor reportedly escaped unharmed, his driver and a bystander sustained injuries. However, it is important to note that no confirmed evidence links the property sale directly to this incident.
Details of the Khar West Apartment Sale
The apartment is situated on the ninth floor of the Rustomjee Paramount D Co-operative Housing Society in Khar West. Property documents, shared by real estate data analytics firm CRE Matrix, indicate the unit boasts a carpet area of 1,291.14 square feet, complemented by an exclusive area of 95.80 square feet. The deal also includes two covered car parking spaces.
The buyer paid a stamp duty of ₹54 lakh for the transaction. Shroff originally acquired this particular apartment from developer Keystone Realtors Private Limited on July 17, 2018, for approximately ₹7.61 crore, receiving possession on November 30, 2019. The recent sale represents a gross difference of around ₹1.39 crore from his original purchase price, not accounting for additional costs like stamp duty, registration, or maintenance.
Tiger Shroff's Recent Property Transactions
The sale of the Khar West apartment is part of a series of high-value real estate transactions by the actor:
- Khar West Apartment (Same Complex): Around a year ago, Shroff sold another apartment within the same Rustomjee Paramount complex for ₹15.6 crore. This 22nd-floor unit had a carpet area of 1,989.72 square feet and included three parking spaces. He had purchased it in 2018 for ₹11.62 crore, reportedly generating a gain of nearly 31%.
- Pune Residential Property: Earlier in 2026, Shroff also divested a residential property in Pune’s Hadapsar area for ₹8.87 crore. Located in the Yoo Pune development by Panchshil Realty, this apartment measured 4,249 square feet and came with three parking spaces. He had bought the Pune property in March 2024 for ₹7.5 crore, with the sale registered on March 31, 2026, yielding an approximate gross return of 18.3%.
These transactions highlight the actor's active engagement in the real estate market, reflecting strategic investment decisions.
