Reliance Retail Limited has officially acquired Anomaly, the global haircare brand established by actress Priyanka Chopra Jonas. The acquisition, announced on Thursday, April 30, 2026, encompasses all of Anomaly's trademarks, brand assets, and digital properties, granting Reliance Retail full ownership of the brand's intellectual property and online ecosystem.
Founded in 2021, Anomaly has carved out a niche for itself as a clean, vegan, and high-performance haircare brand offered at an accessible price point. The brand has already established an international presence across key global markets.
Strategic Expansion in Beauty Segment
Reliance Retail plans to significantly scale Anomaly through its extensive retail network and omnichannel platforms, including Tira, as it deepens its engagement in the rapidly growing beauty segment. Isha Ambani, Executive Director of Reliance Retail, stated that integrating Anomaly into the company's portfolio represents a strategic move to broaden their collection of new-age, high-growth beauty brands.

Priyanka Chopra Jonas to Remain Creative Director
