In a stock exchange filing dated April 27, the company's board recommended a dividend of Rs 240 per equity share, with a face value of Rs 10, for the fiscal year that concluded on March 31, 2026. This recommendation is pending approval from members at the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).
Historically, UltraTech Cement has also maintained a strong dividend record. The company paid a final dividend of Rs 77.50 per share on July 25, 2025, and Rs 70 per share on July 30, 2024. Further back, a final dividend of Rs 38 per share was declared on July 27, 2023, mirroring a similar payout on August 2, 2022.
