Digital lending platform Moneyview, supported by prominent investors like Accel, Tiger Global, and Ribbit Capital, is gearing up for its Initial Public Offering (IPO). The subscription window for the IPO will open on September 24 and close on September 28, 2026. The company has set the price band for its shares at Rs 32-34 per equity share, with an ambitious target of raising Rs 1,091.61 crore through the offering.
Key IPO Dates and Details
The anchor investor portion of the Moneyview IPO is scheduled to open for subscription a day earlier, on September 23. Retail investors will be able to bid for a minimum of 441 shares and in multiples thereof. At the upper end of the price band, Moneyview is expected to command an implied market capitalization of Rs 5,984.79 crore. Share allotment is anticipated to be finalized on September 29, with trading on the stock exchanges slated to commence on October 1.
Issue Structure and Investor Participation
According to the red herring prospectus filed on September 20, the overall issue size has been adjusted. The IPO comprises a fresh issue of Rs 750 crore, alongside an offer for sale (OFS) of up to 10.04 crore equity shares. Promoters and existing investors, including founders Puneet Agarwal and Sanjay Aggarwal, as well as Accel, Tiger Global Management, Ribbit Capital, DI Investment, and Crimson Winter, will be participating as selling shareholders in the OFS.
The allocation for the IPO is structured as follows: 50 percent of the total issue size is reserved for qualified institutional buyers (QIBs), 15 percent for non-institutional investors (NIIs), and the remaining 35 percent for retail investors.

Moneyview operates as a comprehensive digital financial services platform, bridging the gap between users and a network of banks, non-banking financial companies (NBFCs), insurers, and other financial institutions. As of June 2026, the platform boasted a robust user base of 14.03 crore registered users and collaborated with 48 financial partners.
The company initially launched personal loans with lending institutions in FY17 and expanded into on-balance-sheet lending through its material subsidiary, Whizdm Finance, in FY20. Since then, Moneyview has diversified its offerings to include insurance, credit cards, digital gold, payment solutions, and earned wage access services.
Financial Performance and Future Plans
Moneyview has demonstrated strong financial growth. In the June 2026 quarter (Q1 FY27), profit surged by 158.8 percent year-on-year to Rs 173.8 crore, while revenue from operations increased by 50.2 percent to Rs 1,041.1 crore. For the full fiscal year 2026, profit rose 1 percent to Rs 242.7 crore, and revenue expanded by 43.3 percent to Rs 3,351.2 crore.
The company plans to utilize Rs 325 crore from the fresh issue proceeds to support the growth of loan disbursals under default loss guarantee arrangements. An additional Rs 250 crore is earmarked to bolster the capital base of Whizdm Finance, with the remaining funds allocated for general corporate purposes. The IPO is being managed by Axis Capital, BofA Securities India, IIFL Capital Services, and Kotak Mahindra Capital Company.
