Mahindra & Mahindra Q4 Results & Dividend Expected Today

· · 2 min read

Mahindra & Mahindra (M&M) is set to announce its Q4 FY2026 financial results today, May 5, 2026. Investors anticipate strong revenue growth and a potential dividend recommendation from the board.

Auto major Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd (M&M) is scheduled to release its financial results for the fourth quarter and the full fiscal year ending March 31, 2026, today, May 5. Alongside the keenly awaited earnings figures, the company's board will also consider and potentially recommend a dividend payout to shareholders.

Analyst Expectations for M&M's Q4 Performance

Market analysts are forecasting robust growth for M&M's fourth quarter. PL Capital projects a significant 27.8% year-on-year surge in Q4 revenue, reaching an estimated Rs 40,056.4 crore. They also anticipate adjusted Profit After Tax (PAT) to jump by approximately 46% year-on-year, hitting Rs 3,558.4 crore.

"Strong auto and farm equipment volumes with improved realizations are expected to increase its revenue by 28% YoY," PL Capital noted in their research. They added that "RM inflation and higher EV penetration could be partially offset by Cost optimization efforts, resulting in 50bps YoY margin decline."

HDFC Securities offers slightly different, but still positive, projections. They estimate M&M's Q4 revenue at Rs 37,817.1 crore, representing a solid 20.6% year-on-year growth. Their PAT estimate stands at Rs 3,506.3 crore.

Farm Segment Margins Under Scrutiny

HDFC Securities also highlighted potential pressures on the farm segment's profitability. "On a QoQ basis, EBIT margin to contract 80bps to 19.4% for the farm segment, mainly impacted by higher raw material cost and lower operating leverage, though partially negated by better HP mix," they stated.

Dividend Announcement Anticipated

According to regulatory filings, M&M's board will convene to approve the financial results and simultaneously consider and recommend a dividend, if any, on equity shares. While the exact timing of the announcement remains unconfirmed, the company typically releases its quarterly results around midday.

Investors will be closely watching for both the financial performance metrics and any potential returns in the form of dividends, which could significantly impact shareholder sentiment.
