Despite an expected weekday dip, the film collected an impressive ₹8 crore (India net) on its sixth day, a Tuesday, bringing its total India net collection to ₹143.40 crore.
According to Sacnilk, the film's total gross collection in India stands at approximately ₹167.57 crore. Its international earnings have reached ₹78.50 crore, pushing the worldwide gross to an estimated ₹246.07 crore after just six days in theaters. "Jana Nayagan" is now on track to surpass the ₹250 crore global benchmark within its opening week, solidifying its position as one of 2026's biggest Tamil releases.

The Tamil version of "Jana Nayagan" remains the primary revenue driver, contributing ₹6.15 crore on Day 6. The Hindi dubbed version added ₹1.25 crore, while the Telugu version collected ₹0.60 crore, demonstrating its appeal beyond its home state of Tamil Nadu.
