Godrej Properties Ltd. announced today that it has won the e-auction for a significant 23.2-acre (93,905 square meter) residential land parcel located within the DMIC integrated township in Greater Noida. The acquisition, conducted by DMIC Integrated Industrial Township Greater Noida Limited, paves the way for a major new residential development by the real estate giant.
New Residential Project with High Revenue Potential
The company intends to develop a premium residential group housing project on the newly acquired land. Based on current business projections, this development is expected to offer an estimated revenue potential exceeding Rs 7,000 crore. The project will feature a variety of premium residential apartments, catering to diverse configurations and market demands.
Strategic Location and Connectivity
The land parcel boasts a strategic location within the DMIC integrated township, an area known for its 750 acres of smart plug-and-play infrastructure. Greater Noida is recognized as a key growth corridor within the National Capital Region (NCR), offering robust connectivity. The site benefits from its proximity to the Eastern Peripheral Expressway, the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway, and the upcoming Noida International Airport at Jewar, enhancing its appeal for future residents.
