GHV Infra Projects Hits Upper Circuit on 6,626% Returns; Wins ₹1,250 Cr Maharashtra Contract

GHV Infra Projects shares surged 5% to hit the upper circuit on Monday, driven by significant multibagger returns of 6,626% over three years. The civil construction firm also secured a substantial ₹1,250 crore EPC contract in Maharashtra.

Shares of GHV Infra Projects soared by 5% to reach its upper circuit limit on Monday, July 27, 2026, amidst a broader market rally. The stock closed at ₹253.60, up from its previous close of ₹241.55, bringing the company's market capitalization to ₹1,827 crore.

This impressive surge comes on the heels of the infrastructure stock delivering extraordinary returns to investors, with a 6,626% increase over the past three years and an 8,054% gain over five years. Despite the day's strong performance, the stock remains 31% below its 52-week high of ₹368.50, recorded on February 20 earlier this year.

Adding to the positive sentiment, Acuite Ratings & Research Limited upgraded GHV Infra Projects' long-term and short-term bank facility ratings on July 1. The long-term rating improved from ACUITE BBB- (stable) to ACUITE A (stable), while the short-term rating advanced from ACUITE A3 to ACUITE A1.

The civil construction firm recently reported robust financial results for the March 2026 quarter, with net profit surging by 206% sequentially to ₹19.84 crore, up from ₹6.48 crore in the previous quarter. Revenue also saw a significant climb of 67.25% quarter-on-quarter, reaching ₹213.60 crore. Furthermore, GHV Infra Projects achieved an impressive return on equity (RoE) of 82.09% and a return on capital employed (RoCE) of 68.52%.

In a major development announced on July 21, the company secured an engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) contract valued at approximately ₹1,250 crore. This contract, awarded by APCO Infratech Private Limited, is for the Jalna–Nanded Expressway Connector Project located in Maharashtra, further bolstering the company's project pipeline.
