Kolkata-based Fusion CX, a prominent global provider of business process outsourcing (BPO) and customer experience management services, is scheduled to open its initial public offering (IPO) for public subscription on October 14. The company aims to raise Rs 702 crore through the offering, which includes both a fresh issue and an offer for sale by its promoters.
IPO Details and Schedule
The price band for the Fusion CX IPO has been set at Rs 275 to Rs 289 per equity share. At the upper end of this band, the company is seeking a valuation of Rs 4,172 crore. The total issue size comprises a fresh issue of Rs 500 crore, with the remaining Rs 202 crore coming from an offer for sale (OFS) by promoters PNS Business and Rasish Consultants, each divesting shares worth Rs 101 crore.
The one-day anchor book will open on October 13, a day before the main subscription window. The IPO is slated to close on October 16. Investors can bid for a minimum of 51 equity shares, and in multiples thereafter. For retail investors, the minimum investment at the upper price band will be Rs 14,739, with a maximum investment cap of Rs 1,91,607.
Following the subscription period, share allotment is expected to be finalized by October 19, with the stock provisionally scheduled to list on the stock exchanges on October 22.

Founded by Pankaj Dhanuka and Kishore Saraogi, Fusion CX specializes in delivering customer experience services across multiple channels, including voice, email, chat, social media, and messaging. The company also provides advanced AI data infrastructure services such as data collection, annotation, and labelling, alongside teleoperations.
As of June 2026, Fusion CX boasted an extensive multilingual global network, operating 40 delivery centers and two sales offices across 13 countries. Its diverse business portfolio serves key sectors:

Financially, Fusion CX has shown strong growth. For the fiscal year ended March 2026, the company reported a profit of Rs 169.8 crore, a significant increase from Rs 74.3 crore in the previous year. Revenue for the same period climbed to Rs 1,818.1 crore, up from Rs 1,329.3 crore. In the quarter ending June 2026, profits stood at Rs 55.7 crore on revenues of Rs 490.4 crore.
Use of Proceeds and Lead Managers
The net proceeds from the fresh issue component of the IPO are earmarked for several strategic initiatives. These include the repayment of debt, investment in various subsidiaries, funding inorganic growth opportunities through unidentified acquisitions, and for general corporate purposes.
Nuvama Wealth Management Ltd, IIFL Capital Services, and Motilal Oswal Investment Advisors have been appointed as the book-running lead managers for the Fusion CX IPO, overseeing the offering process.
