The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) is holding a second round of e-auctions for 39 Economically Weaker Section (EWS) flats in Dwarka Sector 19B. These units, located in Block M of Golf View Condos, have an estimated value of ₹31.28 lakh each, with bidding set for August 24-25, 2026.

The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) is set to conduct the second round of live e-auctions under its Dwarka Community Service Personnel (CSP) Housing Scheme. This phase will see 39 Economically Weaker Section (EWS) flats go under the hammer, all situated in Block M of DDA Golf View Condos within Dwarka Sector 19B.

Auction Schedule and Flat Details

According to a DDA circular dated August 19, 2026, the e-auction will span two days: August 24 and August 25, 2026. The bidding process is divided into three distinct sessions:

  • August 24, 2026: 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM (8 flats)
  • August 24, 2026: 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM (14 flats)
  • August 25, 2026: 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM (17 flats)

Each of the 39 flats boasts a plinth area of 50.043 square metres. The estimated value for each unit has been fixed at ₹31,28,612, approximately ₹31.29 lakh. These properties are spread across various floors, from the second to the thirteenth, offering a range of choices for prospective buyers.

Eligibility and Bidding Process for DDA Dwarka EWS Flats

This round of auctions is specifically for eligible applicants who participated in the DDA Dwarka Community Service Personnel (CSP) Housing Scheme (e-Auction Round-II), which was launched on June 25, 2026. Only bidders who met the deadlines for submitting their Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) by August 12, 2026, and final applications by August 14, 2026, are eligible to participate.

The DDA has outlined a dynamic bidding process. Each property will have an initial bidding period of one hour. To ensure fair competition, if a higher bid is placed within the final five minutes of this period, the auction will automatically extend by another five minutes. This extension mechanism can be triggered up to 20 times, potentially prolonging an auction for a maximum of 2 hours and 40 minutes, depending on the bidding activity. For instance, a morning session could extend until 1:40 PM and an afternoon session until 5:40 PM if all extensions are activated.

Reserved Categories and Inclusivity

The auction list also includes a provision for reserved categories, ensuring inclusivity within the scheme. Specific flats have been earmarked for Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), and Persons with Disabilities (PwD) categories. Examples include flat M-1103 for the PwD category; M-808, M-424, M-1328, and M-318 for the SC category; and M-1206, M-1108, and M-608 for the ST category. This initiative aligns with the DDA's commitment to provide housing opportunities across diverse sections of society.
