CFF Fluid Control Shares Soar to Record High on Mainboard Migration, New Contracts

· · 2 min read

CFF Fluid Control Ltd. shares surged nearly 9% to an all-time high of ₹1,113 on Thursday. This significant rise follows the company's approval from BSE to migrate to the mainboard and recent defense-related contract wins totaling ₹15.29 crore.

Shares of CFF Fluid Control Ltd. experienced a significant rally on Thursday, climbing nearly 9% to achieve an all-time high of ₹1,113. The stock, which has delivered multibagger returns to investors, was trading 8.34% higher at ₹1,109, marking a 110.26% gain over the past six months.

Mainboard Migration Fuels Growth

The primary catalyst for this sharp upward movement was the company's announcement that the BSE had approved the migration of its equity shares from the SME platform to the mainboard. This transition is effective from September 16, 2026, signaling increased market visibility and regulatory compliance for the engineering and defense firm.

Significant Contract Wins Boost Sentiment

Adding to the positive sentiment, CFF Fluid Control had earlier this month secured new contracts for the supply of services and equipment. These agreements, valued at approximately ₹15.29 crore, were awarded by prominent entities including Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders Ltd., Naval Dockyard, and Naval Group India Pvt Ltd.

The execution timeline for these crucial defense-related contracts varies: the Mazagon Dock contract is slated for completion by November 2026, while deliveries for the Naval Dockyard and Naval Group contracts are scheduled for August 2028 and February 2028, respectively.

Enhanced Compliance and Market Position

With the migration to BSE's Main Board Trading Platform, CFF Fluid Control will now be subject to all provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. This includes adherence to corporate governance provisions from its first day of trading on the mainboard, further strengthening its market credibility and operational transparency.
