This transaction marks a significant return on their investment, with an estimated profit of $4.8 million before accounting for transaction costs and other expenses.
A Lucrative Miami Investment
The power couple acquired the full-floor residence on the 59th floor of the Zaha Hadid-designed skyscraper in 2020 for $19.8 million. Six years later, the property changed hands for approximately $24.6 million in an off-market deal, according to reports. This sale price translates to roughly $2,677 per square foot for the expansive 9,200 square-foot residence.

The luxurious penthouse boasts five bedrooms, six-and-a-half bathrooms, and features floor-to-ceiling glass walls that offer breathtaking panoramic views of downtown Miami and Biscayne Bay.
