Gurugram, India – June 25, 2026 – Samsung has announced the deployment of its cutting-edge residential climate solutions at Central Park Flower Valley’s The Orchard, a premium residential project in Gurugram. This large-scale installation brings a new era of home comfort and air quality to 284 luxury residences, addressing the growing concerns over rising temperatures and urban air quality in India.
Next-Generation Climate Control for Modern Living
The integrated solution combines several advanced technologies designed for optimal well-being and energy efficiency. At its core is Samsung’s innovative WindFree cooling technology, which eliminates the discomfort of direct cold airflow. Instead, cool air is dispersed gently through 10,000 micro air holes, creating a “Still Air” environment with minimal air movement, ideal for prolonged use, especially overnight and in family living spaces.
Advanced Air Purification and Smart Connectivity
Beyond cooling, the system prioritizes indoor air quality. The WindFree 1-Way Cassette ACs can be equipped with an optional PM1.0 purification panel and filter. This advanced filtration system is capable of capturing ultrafine dust particles as small as 0.3 microns and has been verified to sterilize up to 99% of bacteria trapped within the filter.
Connectivity is central to the user experience. The entire system is Wi-Fi-enabled, integrating seamlessly with Samsung’s SmartThings platform. Residents can control their climate systems via smartphone, use voice commands, set up geo-fencing for automated adjustments, and monitor energy consumption, offering unparalleled convenience and smart energy management.
AI-Powered Efficiency
Powering these indoor units are Samsung’s DVM S2 VRF (Variable Refrigerant Flow) outdoor units, which incorporate AI-enabled technologies to significantly boost cooling performance and efficiency. Features like Active AI Pressure Control can improve internal pressure by up to 32% and reduce energy consumption by up to 15% under tested conditions, making the system both powerful and environmentally conscious.
Meeting Evolving Homeowner Demands
“Today’s homeowners are looking beyond conventional cooling — they expect healthier air, connected experiences, intelligent energy management and greater comfort,” said Vipin Agrawal, Head of SAC Business, Samsung India. “The Gurugram project demonstrates how large residential developments can integrate intelligent, wellness-focused and energy-efficient climate technologies into future-ready living environments.”
With a total installed capacity of 4,864 HP across the 284 residences, this deployment underscores Samsung’s commitment to delivering holistic, intelligent climate solutions tailored for India’s dynamic urban landscape.
