Luna Band Launches in India with AI Health Tracking, Voice Support; Waitlist Open

· · 3 min read

The Luna Band, an AI-powered, voice-first wearable, has launched in India to offer daily health planning and performance tracking. It uses a health intelligence engine with haptic alerts to convert body signals into actionable daily plans. An invite-only device, shipping starts July 2026.

The Luna Band has officially debuted in India, introducing a voice-first wearable designed to revolutionize daily health planning and performance tracking. Described by its creators as a device that “opens to your day, not your data,” the Luna Band aims to help users achieve their “peak state” by prioritizing schedules and actionable health insights over traditional data dashboards.

AI-Powered Health Intelligence and Haptic Guidance

At the core of the Luna Band is a sophisticated health intelligence engine that continuously monitors body signals. This data is then integrated with other health information, including blood markers, medical context, and food habits. The system translates these diverse inputs into a simplified daily plan, delivered through subtle haptic alerts.

Unlike conventional fitness trackers, the Luna Band leverages its LifeOS platform to provide contextual prompts. For instance, a morning alert might suggest delaying espresso intake or recommend an optimal window for a high-focus work session, aligning with the wearer's physiological state and daily schedule.

Voice-First Interaction and Personalized Planning

A standout feature of the Luna Band is its voice-powered interaction. Users can log meals, workouts, and daily habits through simple voice commands, eliminating the need for manual data entry. The device also includes an “Ask Luna anything about your health” conversational input, facilitating easy health queries and check-ins throughout the day.

The Luna app presents a structured “Today” interface, outlining a personalized daily plan. This plan is informed by various AI modules, including Sleep AI, Nutrition AI, Supplements, Activity AI, and Circadian intelligence. The interface clearly shows completed actions, highlights current tasks, and queues upcoming recommendations.

Long-Term Wellness and Ecosystem Integration

Beyond daily planning, the Luna Band incorporates a Peak Score system that contributes to identifying “Peak Days” over time. This allows users to track long-term wellness and performance trends, gaining deeper insights into their health journey. The platform also boasts a built-in micro-app ecosystem covering critical areas such as stress management, nutrition, training, supplements, and productivity, alongside third-party integrations.

Personalized recommendations are a cornerstone of the Luna Band experience, enabling users to create custom health modules and receive cause-and-effect wellness insights. The system offers real-time adaptive recommendations and planning, continuously adjusting to the user's evolving health data.

Availability and Waitlist

The initial release of the Luna Band, known as Drop 1, will be available on an invite-only basis. Shipping for these exclusive devices is anticipated to commence at the end of July 2026. Prospective users interested in experiencing this advanced AI health tracking wearable can now join the waitlist via the official Luna Band waitlist page.
