Apple has confirmed that the iOS 27 public beta will be released sometime this month, July 2026. While an exact date remains unconfirmed, historical release patterns for previous public betas (iOS 16 through iOS 26) suggest a window between July 11 and July 24.

Installing beta software allows users to preview upcoming features, but it's crucial to prepare your device properly. Beta versions are unfinished and may contain bugs, compatibility issues with apps, or problems with certain features. How to Prepare Your iPhone for iOS 27 Public Beta

  1. Enroll in the Apple Beta Software Program: Visit beta.apple.com and sign up for the program. Enrollment is free.
