Performance Boost and Health Enhancements
A key upgrade across the new Apple Watch models is the inclusion of an S11 chip or a newer iteration. This marks a notable performance improvement, especially as the Series 11 and Ultra 3 utilized the same S10 chip as their predecessors. Users can anticipate a more responsive and efficient experience with this new silicon.
Health tracking features are also set to receive significant attention. Apple is reportedly testing a capability that allows the heart-rate sensor to collect data continuously throughout the day. Furthermore, the company is working on revamped Health and Fitness applications, aiming to display more comprehensive wellness-related metrics, aligning with offerings from specialized health trackers.
Design Continuity and Returning Features
Contrary to some previous speculation, the Apple Watch Series 12 and Ultra 4 are not expected to feature major design changes. They will largely retain the aesthetic of the Series 11 and Ultra 3.
