Bollywood actress Chitrangda Singh recently opened up about her experience working alongside superstar Salman Khan on the sets of their highly anticipated war drama, 'Maatrubhumi: May War Rest in Peace.' Singh shared her astonishment and appreciation for Khan's remarkable dedication and commitment to the project, noting his relentless focus on enhancing the film.
Salman Khan's Unparalleled Work Ethic
During an interview, Chitrangda Singh recounted how Salman Khan consistently displayed an extraordinary level of involvement in 'Maatrubhumi.' She observed that there was no 'off day' for the actor, who was perpetually engaged in thoughts about the film's betterment. "He’s constantly thinking about work and the film; how he can better it, what else he can add to the VFX or any other part of the frame," Singh revealed, underscoring Khan's deep passion for his craft.
His dedication extended beyond his own scenes, as Khan showed keen interest in the performances of his co-stars. Singh emphasized that this level of commitment left a lasting impression on her, highlighting his genuine enthusiasm for every aspect of the production.
Support Beyond the Call of Duty
Chitrangda Singh also shared a specific instance that exemplified Salman Khan's supportive nature. She recalled an early morning shoot for an emotionally intense scene where Khan was not formally required on set. Despite this, he made an effort to be present to assist her.
"He made sure he was there, and quite early in the day, to see that I was able to deliver in the scene," Singh explained. She added that because her character was reacting to him on the phone in that particular sequence, Khan personally provided his lines to aid her performance. This act, she noted, was a testament to his sheer dedication to the craft and his colleagues.
