Zomato co-founder Deepinder Goyal's luxury Gurugram apartment, purchased for ₹52.3 crore in August 2022, is now valued at over ₹140 crore. The 10,813-square-foot unit in DLF The Camellias has seen its worth nearly triple.

Deepinder Goyal, co-founder of food delivery giant Zomato, has reportedly seen a significant appreciation in his ultra-luxury apartment in Gurugram. Acquired in August 2022 for ₹52.3 crore, the property in DLF The Camellias is now estimated to be worth over ₹140 crore, marking an increase of approximately 168%.

A Premier Address in Gurugram

Goyal's 10,813-square-foot apartment is situated in DLF The Camellias, one of Gurugram’s most exclusive residential developments. Located in DLF Phase 5 along Golf Course Road, this area is renowned for its ultra-luxury properties and attracts a roster of prominent residents. The conveyance deed for the property was registered in March 2025, with Goyal paying ₹3.66 crore in stamp duty.

Property brokers indicate that similar-sized units in The Camellias are currently commanding prices exceeding ₹140 crore. This valuation underscores the robust demand and escalating prices within Gurugram’s premium residential market, particularly for high-end developments along the Golf Course Road corridor.

Inside the Luxury Residence

The apartment offers expansive living and dining areas, multiple bedrooms, high ceilings, and large windows designed to maximize natural light and panoramic views of the adjacent golf course. As one of the largest residences within DLF The Camellias, the unit is conceptualized as a full-floor-style luxury apartment, reflecting the development's commitment to high-end amenities and sophisticated design.

Beyond The Camellias: Goyal's Broader Real Estate Portfolio

The Gurugram apartment is not Goyal's only notable real estate acquisition. According to property registration documents, he also acquired two adjoining land parcels in Dera Mandi village, Delhi’s Mehrauli tehsil, for a combined ₹79 crore. These transactions, totaling approximately five acres, involved stamp duty payments of ₹5.24 crore.

  • The first parcel, measuring 2.5 acres, was purchased for ₹29 crore in March 2023.
  • The second, a 2.53-acre plot, was acquired for ₹50 crore in September 2023.

These investments highlight a broader trend of high-net-worth individuals investing significantly in India's luxury real estate sector, particularly in prime urban and semi-urban locations.
