Trump Towers Hyderabad: 65-Storey, 800-Foot Skyscrapers Set to Be South India's Tallest

· · 2 min read

Tribeca Developers and Ira Realty have announced Trump Towers Hyderabad, a luxury residential project featuring two 65-storey, 800-foot towers. Positioned on Hyderabad's Golden Mile, these will become South India’s tallest residential structures, with homes priced from ₹5 crore to ₹18 crore.

Hyderabad's luxury real estate market is set to reach new heights with the upcoming launch of Trump Towers Hyderabad. Tribeca Developers, in partnership with Ira Realty, announced plans for the ambitious 4-acre residential development located on Golden Mile Road in Kokapet.

Comprising two striking 65-storey glass façade towers, each rising approximately 800 feet from the ground, the project is poised to become the tallest residential development in South India. A distinctive suspended sky bridge on the 28th floor will connect the twin towers, also housing an exclusive Trump Club.

Luxury Residences and Investment Potential

Trump Towers Hyderabad will offer over 450 residences, featuring a mix of 3.5-BHK and 4-BHK homes. Prices for these luxury units start upwards of ₹5 crore, with penthouses reaching up to ₹18 crore. The project, estimated to cost ₹1,800 crore to build, boasts a revenue potential of at least ₹3,500 crore, according to Kalpesh Mehta, founder of Tribeca Developers.

“We had only eight penthouses, and then this one family came and bought two full floors, so that knocked off four penthouses, but somehow the team has put in, you know, managed to squeeze in four additional penthouses, which are all also sold,” Mehta remarked, highlighting the strong early demand.

Formal Launch and Market Significance

The formal launch of Trump Towers Hyderabad is anticipated in October, with Eric Trump, Executive Vice President of The Trump Organization, expected to be in attendance. The project has already secured its RERA registration, and Expressions of Interest (EOIs) are currently open, offering priority allocation for early registrants.

Eric Trump commented on the expansion, stating, “India continues to be one of the world’s most exciting luxury real estate markets, and we are delighted to bring the Trump brand to Hyderabad for the first time.” He further added, “Hyderabad is one of India’s most dynamic and rapidly growing cities, and I am confident that Trump Towers Hyderabad will become one of its most iconic addresses.”

This development marks another significant entry for the Trump brand in India, adding Hyderabad to a list that includes Mumbai, Pune, Gurgaon, Noida, and Kolkata, where Trump-branded properties have been launched over the past 12 years.
