The IPO witnessed strong investor demand, being oversubscribed more than 146 times during the bidding period.

Shadowfax Technologies

Media reports indicate that major investors, including Eight Roads, Walmart-owned Flipkart, and Korea's IMM India Fund, are likely to offload shares worth over Rs 1,000 crore in Shadowfax Technologies. These transactions are anticipated to occur via block deals at a floor price of Rs 197 per share, representing a 9.8 percent discount from the previous closing price.

Infosys

IT solutions giant Infosys reported a robust performance for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The company's consolidated net profit surged by 12.2 percent year-on-year (YoY) to Rs 7,769 crore. Revenue from operations also saw a significant increase of 14 percent YoY, reaching Rs 48,211 crore. Earnings Before Interest and Taxes (EBIT) grew by 15.4 percent YoY to Rs 10,163 crore, with margins improving to 21.1 percent for the quarter.

InterGlobe Aviation (IndiGo)

Budget airline IndiGo faced a net loss of Rs 238 crore for the June 2026 quarter, a reversal from the net profit of Rs 2,176.3 crore recorded in the same period last year. Despite the loss, revenue from operations demonstrated resilience, rising 19.9 percent YoY to Rs 24,584.1 crore. However, EBITDAR declined 33.2 percent YoY to Rs 3,832.5 crore, and margins contracted notably from 28 percent to 15.6 percent.

Meesho

E-commerce platform Meesho announced a narrowed consolidated net loss of Rs 132.8 crore for the June 2026 quarter, a significant improvement from the Rs 289.3 crore loss reported in the year-ago period. The company's revenue from operations jumped impressively by 48.3 percent YoY to Rs 3,712.8 crore. Furthermore, EBITDA margins showed sharp improvement, rising 820 basis points to -6.05 percent for the quarter.

RailTel Corporation of India

State-run railway infrastructure provider RailTel Corporation of India has secured a Letter of Acceptance (LoA) from North Central Railway (NCR). The contract, valued at Rs 32.75 crore, involves the improvement of track circuits through the provision of MSDAC in parallel with existing DCTC systems, along with other associated works at 14 stations within the ALJN-DER section of the Prayagraj Division.

Motilal Oswal Financial Services

Financial services firm Motilal Oswal Financial Services reported a 9.6 percent YoY increase in consolidated net profit, reaching Rs 1,273.1 crore for the three months ended June 30, 2026. Revenue also saw a substantial rise of 25.1 percent YoY, totaling Rs 3,425.8 crore. The company's assets under management (AUM) surpassed the Rs 2.12 lakh crore mark during this period, with its wealth management business recording a 46 percent YoY profit after tax (PAT) growth.

Cyient

Engineering and technology solutions company Cyient reported a 32.3 percent YoY decline in consolidated net profit, which stood at Rs 104.1 crore for the April-June 2026 period. Despite this, revenue from operations increased by 21.3 percent YoY to Rs 2,075.7 crore. The company's EBIT margins improved to 9 percent for the quarter.

Akums Drugs and Pharmaceuticals

Pure and Cure Healthcare, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Akums Drugs and Pharmaceuticals, has approved the acquisition of Oriflame India's manufacturing business. The deal, valued at Rs 56 crore, includes two manufacturing plants located in Roorkee, Uttarakhand, and Noida, Uttar Pradesh, along with a leased warehouse in Noida.

Suryoday Small Finance Bank

Private lender Suryoday Small Finance Bank announced a significant 113.1 percent YoY jump in net profit, reaching Rs 75.2 crore for the June 2026 quarter. Net interest income (NII) grew by 27.8 percent YoY to Rs 315.7 crore, while provisions and contingencies declined 41 percent YoY to Rs 36.7 crore. Gross Non-Performing Assets (NPA) slightly increased sequentially to 6.6 percent, but net NPA improved sharply to 1.27 percent.

Sona BLW Precision Forgings

Auto components manufacturer Sona BLW Precision Forgings reported a strong performance for the first quarter of FY27, with consolidated net profit increasing by 46.7 percent YoY to Rs 178.5 crore. Revenue from operations surged by 52.4 percent YoY to Rs 1,301.2 crore. Orient Cement

Cement producer Orient Cement reported a 62.4 percent YoY decline in net profit, settling at Rs 77 crore for the June 2026 quarter. Revenue from operations also fell by 30.3 percent YoY to Rs 604 crore. Conversely, EBITDA rose 33.33 percent YoY to Rs 144 crore, with margins improving by 710 basis points to 23.8 percent for the reported quarter.
