Ardee Industries

Ardee Industries, a specialist in recycling and recovery solutions, is scheduled to make its highly anticipated stock market debut on Wednesday, August 12. The company successfully raised ₹426 crore through its Initial Public Offering (IPO), which ran from August 5-7. The IPO was significantly oversubscribed, attracting 133.66 times the applications at a share price of ₹53.

Tenneco Clean Air India

Reports indicate that promoter entity Tenneco Mauritius plans to sell an 8 percent stake in Tenneco Clean Air India via block deals, with an option to upsize by an additional 2 percent. The floor price for this transaction is estimated at ₹515 per share, valuing the base offer at approximately ₹1,663 crore.

Larsen and Toubro (L&T)

The capital goods conglomerate Larsen and Toubro has finalized a Business Transfer Agreement with its subsidiary, Vyoma.AI. Under this agreement, L&T's data centre and cloud services operations will be transferred to Vyoma.AI on a going-concern basis through a slump sale, valued at ₹1,400 crore.

Manappuram Finance

The gold loan provider Manappuram Finance reported robust financial results for the June 2026 quarter. Its net profit surged four-fold to ₹584.6 crore, while net-interest income (NIIs) increased by 28.1 percent year-over-year to ₹1,723.7 crore. The company also saw a significant 57.2 percent year-over-year jump in Assets Under Management (AUM) to ₹69,635 crore, with impairment on financial instruments decreasing by 60.6 percent.

Zydus Lifesciences

Zydus Lifesciences' subsidiary, Sentynl Therapeutics, has entered into an option and license agreement with Mereo BioPharma Group plc. This deal grants Sentynl Therapeutics US commercialization and global manufacturing rights for Alvelestat, a neutrophil elastase inhibitor. Alvelestat is currently preparing for Phase 3 trials and is poised to become the first oral treatment for AATD-LD, a rare genetic lung disease.

Bata India

Footwear giant Bata India announced a 23.04 percent year-over-year increase in net profit, reaching ₹63.98 crore for the June 2026 quarter. Revenue grew by 3.9 percent to ₹978.9 crore, and EBITDA was up 2.6 percent to ₹204 crore. The company's board also declared an interim dividend of ₹25 per share.

BEML

State-run defence sector company BEML has secured a significant order worth ₹184.25 crore from Hindustan Aeronautics (HAL). This contract involves the manufacture and supply of fuselage aerostructures for the Light Combat Helicopter (LCH).

KFin Technologies

Financial services firm KFin Technologies has unveiled Klarity, an Agentic AI solution. Klarity is designed to enhance operational security in financial institutions by accurately identifying skilled forgeries and preventing wrongful rejections of legitimate behavioral signature variations.

Balrampur Chini Mills

For the April-June 2026 period, sugar manufacturer Balrampur Chini Mills reported a 14.5 percent year-over-year decline in net profit to ₹44.1 crore. Despite this, revenue increased by 6 percent to ₹1,636.8 crore, although EBITDA fell 15 percent to ₹114 crore.

PI Industries

Agrochemicals player PI Industries saw a 39 percent year-over-year drop in net profit to ₹244.2 crore for Q1FY26, with revenue also declining 10.4 percent to ₹1,702.3 crore. EBITDA decreased by 29.2 percent to ₹367.4 crore.

HG Infra Engineering

HG Infra Engineering received a Letter of Award (LoA) from the Government of Rajasthan for the operation and management of the ITI Bhiwadi Cluster under the PM-SETU program. The company's share in this project, estimated at ₹241 crore, is 17.10 percent.

Linde India

Industrial gases producer Linde India reported a 2.4 percent year-over-year decline in net profit to ₹104.6 crore for the June 2026 quarter, even as revenue grew 21.6 percent to ₹694.4 crore.

Landmark Cars

Automotive dealership Landmark Cars experienced a significant 110.5 percent year-over-year surge in net profit to ₹14.5 crore during Q1FY26, with revenue jumping 22.7 percent to ₹1,302.4 crore.

JSW Dulux

Paints company JSW Dulux reported a 12.4 percent year-over-year decline in net profit to ₹79.7 crore for April-June 2026, with revenue falling 2.8 percent to ₹965 crore.

Diamond Power Infrastructure

Diamond Power Infrastructure secured two orders totaling ₹195.48 crore from Rajesh Power Services for the supply of 11 kV Medium Voltage underground power cables for projects in Gujarat.

RHI Magnesita India

Refractory products maker RHI Magnesita India saw an 83.2 percent year-over-year surge in net profit to ₹64.6 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, with revenue increasing 5.6 percent to ₹1,014 crore.

Tribhovandas Bhimji Zaveri

Jewellery retailer Tribhovandas Bhimji Zaveri reported a 50.8 percent year-over-year jump in net profit to ₹33.92 crore, and revenue surged 34.8 percent to ₹840.97 crore during the June 2026 quarter.
