AI and GPU solutions provider ESDS Software Solution is poised for its stock market debut on Friday, September 04. The company successfully raised Rs 720 crore through its IPO, which was offered at Rs 429 per share and saw an impressive oversubscription of 135.88 times.
Priority Jewels
Jewellery firm Priority Jewels will also commence its stock market journey on Friday. Its IPO, priced at Rs 200 per share, garnered Rs 92 crore and was booked 100.45 times by investors.
Gland Pharma
Media reports indicate that Fosun Pharma Industrial is planning to divest a 5 percent equity stake in Gland Pharma. This block deal is estimated to be worth Rs 2,279.5 crore, with a floor price of Rs 2,763 per share.
Power Grid Corporation of India
The state-run utility giant has secured a Letter of Intent (LoI) valued at Rs 1,152.49 crore.
