Tata Steel

The steel giant reported an 11.6% year-on-year (YoY) increase in net profit, reaching Rs 2,318.5 crore for the June 2026 quarter. Revenue also grew by 14.3% YoY to Rs 60,794.3 crore. Despite a 5.7% YoY dip in EBITDA to Rs 9,264 crore, the company's board approved a substantial Rs 33,873 crore capital expenditure for a 4.8 MTPA steelmaking capacity expansion.

Bajaj Finance

The leading Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) posted a robust 28% YoY jump in net profit, amounting to Rs 6,081 crore. Net interest income (NII) climbed 23% YoY to Rs 12,571 crore, with Assets Under Management (AUM) expanding 23% YoY to Rs 4 lakh crore. Asset quality showed sequential improvement, with gross NPA easing to 0.96% and net NPA declining to 0.39%.

Swiggy

The food delivery and quick commerce platform successfully narrowed its consolidated net loss to Rs 791 crore in Q1 FY27, a significant improvement from Rs 1,197 crore a year prior. Revenue surged 37.3% YoY to Rs 6,812 crore, and adjusted EBITDA stood at Rs 292 crore. Notably, its quick commerce business achieved contribution breakeven.

Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders

The defense Public Sector Undertaking (PSU) saw its net profit rise 21.5% YoY to Rs 549.4 crore, with revenue increasing 12.1% YoY to Rs 2,942.7 crore. EBITDA jumped 48% YoY to Rs 446.6 crore, reflecting strong operational performance and a healthy order book.

Torrent Pharmaceuticals

The drugmaker reported a 3.3% YoY rise in net profit to Rs 566 crore, while revenue soared 54.8% YoY to Rs 4,921 crore. EBITDA increased 61.2% YoY to Rs 1,664 crore, with the EBITDA margin improving to 33.8%.

LIC Housing Finance

This housing finance company recorded a 9.9% YoY increase in net profit at Rs 1,499 crore. Net interest income edged up 0.6% YoY to Rs 2,087.2 crore, and total disbursements grew 14.5% YoY to Rs 15,014 crore, driven by project loans. Asset quality also improved, with Stage 3 exposure declining to 2.14%.

RailTel Corporation of India

Despite a 20.1% YoY rise in revenue to Rs 893.3 crore, the railway PSU experienced a marginal 0.5% YoY decline in net profit to Rs 65.8 crore. EBITDA increased 13.6% YoY to Rs 131.6 crore, though the EBITDA margin contracted to 14.73%.

Global Health (Medanta)

The hospital operator reported a marginal 0.2% YoY decline in net profit to Rs 158.7 crore. However, revenue rose 26.5% YoY to Rs 1,304 crore, and EBITDA increased 26.3% YoY to Rs 286.7 crore, maintaining a steady EBITDA margin of 22%.
