Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has successfully completed a significant campus recruitment drive at KL Deemed-to-be University, extending job offers to 1,534 engineering students from the graduating batch of 2027. This major hiring initiative underscores the continued demand for skilled engineering talent within India's information technology sector, even amidst a generally cautious hiring landscape.
The comprehensive recruitment process spanned over a week, involving multiple rigorous evaluation stages. Prospective candidates underwent written tests, advanced coding assessments to gauge their technical proficiency, and personal interviews designed to assess their communication skills and overall suitability for the roles.
According to figures released by the university, the majority of the selected students — 1,311 individuals — are from KL University's Vijayawada campus. The remaining 223 successful candidates hail from its Hyderabad campus, demonstrating a widespread impact across the institution's locations.

Krithivasan announced that the company had already extended 25,000 fresher offers for the financial year 2027.
