Suzlon Energy Q4 Results Due Monday After 35% Stock Rally

Suzlon Energy will announce its Q4 and full FY26 results on Monday, May 25, 2026. The wind energy firm's stock has surged 35% in two months, with brokerages projecting significant growth.

Suzlon Energy Q4 Results: Key Expectations

Suzlon Energy Ltd., a prominent player in the wind energy sector, is slated to release its financial results for the fourth quarter and the full financial year ending March 31, 2026, on Monday, May 25, 2026. The announcement follows a period of strong stock performance, with the company's shares rallying 35% over the past two months.

Ahead of the official declaration, several brokerage firms have offered their projections for Suzlon's performance. On Friday, Suzlon Energy shares closed at Rs 53.78 apiece on the BSE, marking a 1.68% gain from its previous close.

Brokerage Projections for Q4 FY26

JM Financial anticipates robust figures for Suzlon Energy's fourth quarter. The brokerage projects net sales to reach Rs 5,708.3 crore, representing a substantial 34.8% sequential (QoQ) increase. Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation, and Amortization (EBITDA) are estimated at Rs 1,068 crore, up 44.6% QoQ, with EBITDA margins expected around 17%. On the bottom line, JM Financial forecasts a net income of Rs 888.7 crore, indicating a significant 57.5% QoQ growth.

Similarly, Motilal Oswal Financial Services (MOFSL) also expects strong growth, projecting Q4 revenue around Rs 5,900 crore, a 56% year-on-year (YoY) and 39% QoQ increase. MOFSL forecasts EBITDA to rise 47% YoY to Rs 1,020 crore, maintaining a 17% margin. They anticipate the execution of approximately 900MW of wind turbine orders in Q4 FY26, a 57% YoY and 46% QoQ improvement.

Full Financial Year 2026 Outlook

For the full financial year 2026, JM Financial estimates Suzlon's net sales to hit Rs 17,432.2 crore. The brokerage projects an EBITDA of Rs 3,140.4 crore, maintaining an 18.0% margin, and an adjusted net profit of Rs 2,362.2 crore. JM Financial also noted expectations for a sharp uptick in commissioning during the first half of FY27, which they believe will lead to improved cash flow and a revival of order inflows.
