String Metaverse Ltd., an IT consulting and software company previously known as Bio Green Papers Ltd., is preparing for a significant stock split. The company has secured shareholder approval for the corporate action, which is scheduled to take place next week.

Record Date and Split Ratio Confirmed

The company has officially set April 24, 2026, as the record date for the upcoming stock split. Shareholders had previously approved this move through a postal ballot conducted on March 22, 2026.
