Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh – Five companies have been granted land allotment letters for new projects in the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) region, signifying a substantial investment of ₹469 crore. These initiatives are projected to generate 4,625 new employment opportunities across various sectors in Uttar Pradesh.
The formal presentation of these crucial allotment letters was made by Union Home and Cooperation Minister Amit Shah. The ceremony took place on September 26, 2026, during the inauguration of the Uttar Pradesh International Trade Show in Greater Noida. This move aims to accelerate the transition of investment proposals into tangible industrial activity within the state.
Details of Major YEIDA Investment Projects
A total of 71,190 square metres of land has been allocated for these five projects, reflecting a concerted effort to boost industrial capacity and job creation in the YEIDA region. The companies and their proposed investments are as follows:
- C&R Textiles Private Limited: Allocated 16,000 square metres, with a proposed investment of ₹104 crore, expected to create approximately 2,000 jobs. Managing Director Chhatrapati Ranjit Rai received the letter.
- Perfectpack Limited: Received 16,200 square metres of land for a ₹125 crore investment, anticipated to generate 700 employment opportunities. Chairman and Managing Director Sanjay Rajgarhia represented the company.
- SABS Exports International Private Limited: Allotted 16,180 square metres, proposing an investment of ₹87 crore, with an estimated 475 jobs. Company Director Chetan Sabharwal accepted the letter.
- Simplast India Private Limited: Received 12,000 square metres for a ₹78 crore project, expected to create 300 jobs. Company Director Gaurav Chugh was present.
- Sahu Exports Private Limited: Allotted 10,810 square metres for a ₹75 crore investment, planning to create approximately 1,150 employment opportunities. Company Director Sanjeev Sahu received the letter.
