RIL Sets June 5 Record Date for FY27 Dividend, FY26 Payout Rs 6; AGM June 19

Reliance Industries Ltd (RIL) has announced key dates for its upcoming financial events, including the record date for its financial year 2026-2027 (FY27) final dividend and the Annual General Meeting (AGM) for its shareholders.

Key Dates for RIL Shareholders

Shareholders eligible for the final dividend for FY27 will be determined based on a record date of Friday, June 5. The company's 49th Annual General Meeting is slated for Friday, June 19. If the dividend is approved at the AGM, RIL has committed to making the payment within seven days of the meeting.

For shareholders intending to vote on resolutions at the AGM, Friday, June 12, has been designated as the cut-off date to determine eligibility. The AGM will be conducted virtually at 2 PM (IST) through video conferencing or other audio-visual means, in compliance with regulations from the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and SEBI.

FY26 Dividend and Financial Performance

Earlier, on April 25, while reporting an 8.1 percent decline in net profit to Rs 20,616 crore for the March quarter, the oil-to-telecom conglomerate had declared a dividend of Rs 6 per share for the financial year ended March 31, 2026 (FY26). This payout represents 60 percent of the face value of Rs 10 per share.
