Reliance Industries Ltd (RIL) announced a Rs 6 per share dividend for FY2025-26, even as its March quarter net profit declined over 12% to Rs 16,971 crore. Revenue for Q4 rose 12.64% to Rs 2.94 lakh crore.

Reliance Industries Ltd (RIL) has announced a dividend of Rs 6 per equity share for the financial year 2025-2026. This declaration comes as the conglomerate reported its March quarter (Q4) results, which saw a notable decline in net profit.

The Mumbai-based giant, India's largest company by market capitalization, disclosed on Thursday, April 23, 2026, that its net profit for the fourth quarter fell by over 12 percent. The company's profit slipped to Rs 16,971 crore, a decrease from Rs 19,407 crore recorded in the preceding December 2025 quarter.

Despite the dip in profitability, RIL reported a robust increase in revenue. For the March quarter, revenue surged by 12.64 percent year-over-year, reaching Rs 2.94 lakh crore. This compares to Rs 2.61 lakh crore in the same period last year. The dividend announcement and financial results were made public on Friday, April 24, 2026, following a board meeting.
