The board of directors of R Systems International Ltd, at a meeting held on Friday, September 25, 2026, approved the second interim dividend of Rs 8 per equity share. This translates to an 800% payout based on the face value of Re 1 per share. Eligible shareholders will receive their dividend payments on or before October 24, 2026.

Market Performance and Valuation

The smallcap firm reached a high of Rs 269.75 during Monday's trade, ultimately closing around 12.69% higher at Rs 265.60. At this valuation, R Systems International commanded a market capitalization of approximately Rs 3,150 crore. Despite the recent positive momentum, the R Systems stock remains down 34.80% on a year-to-date basis.

Strong Q1 Financial Results

The dividend announcement comes on the heels of robust financial performance in the first quarter of 2026. R Systems reported revenues of Rs 601.7 crore (approximately $63.6 million), marking a substantial year-on-year growth of 30.2% in Indian Rupee terms and 17.7% in US Dollar terms.

The company's adjusted EBITDA (Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation, and Amortization) also saw a significant increase, standing at Rs 120.7 crore ($12.8 million), a 51.4% rise year-on-year. Furthermore, adjusted net profit after tax (PAT) grew by 35.4% year-on-year, reaching Rs 62.9 crore ($6.6 million).
