Persistent Systems Q4 Net Profit Jumps 34% to ₹529 Cr; Board Declares ₹18 Dividend

Persistent Systems reported a consolidated net profit of ₹529 crore for Q4 FY26, a 33.7% increase year-on-year. Revenue from operations grew 25% to ₹4,055.9 crore, and the board recommended a final dividend of ₹18 per share.

IT services firm Persistent Systems announced a significant rise in its consolidated net profit for the fourth quarter ended March 2026. The company's net profit climbed to ₹529 crore, marking a substantial 33.7 percent increase compared to the same period in the previous fiscal year.

Robust Revenue Growth in Q4 FY26

During the fourth quarter, Persistent Systems also saw a strong performance in its operational revenue, which reached ₹4,055.9 crore. This represents a 25 percent year-on-year growth. On a quarter-on-quarter basis, revenue increased by 7.48 percent, indicating consistent momentum.

The company's Earnings Before Interest and Taxes (EBIT) stood at ₹659.1 crore, reflecting a 30.5 percent rise when compared to the corresponding period last year.

Final Dividend Announced

In addition to the strong financial results, the Board of Directors of Persistent Systems declared a final dividend of ₹18 per equity share. This dividend is based on a face value of ₹5 per share for the financial year 2025-26.

This brings the total dividend for FY26 to ₹40 per share, an increase from ₹35 per share in FY25. The recommended final dividend is subject to approval by shareholders at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.
