Page Industries Ltd., the exclusive licensee for popular brands Jockey and Speedo in India, announced its first interim dividend of Rs 200 per equity share for the financial year 2026-27 (FY27). This announcement coincided with the release of its June quarter results.
Key Dividend Dates and Brokerage Views
The company has set August 19, 2026, as the record date to determine the shareholders eligible for this interim dividend. Eligible investors can expect the dividend payment to be processed on or before September 11, 2026, as confirmed by Page Industries.
Following the Q1 FY27 results, leading brokerages offered their perspectives. Motilal Oswal Financial Services Ltd (MOFSL) noted that Page Industries reported an 8 percent year-on-year (YoY) revenue growth, which was lower than their estimated 12 percent. Volume growth also came in at 6 percent, against a 12 percent projection.
"Underlying consumer demand remained healthy, but temporary logistics and manpower constraints impacted last-mile deliveries toward the end of June," MOFSL stated, attributing the shortfall to operational challenges.
Despite these Q1 figures, management anticipates recovering lost sales in Q2 FY27 and remains confident in achieving double-digit volume growth for the full financial year. Initiatives like JKY Groove's traction and the Disney/Marvel collaboration are expected to bolster future revenue.
Analyst Ratings and Price Targets
MOFSL maintained its 'Buy' rating on Page Industries stock, setting a target price of Rs 45,000, based on 50 times its FY28E EPS.
Similarly, Nuvama Institutional Equities reaffirmed its 'Buy' call. While acknowledging the weak 5.7 percent volume growth in Q1, Nuvama highlighted management's reiteration of a double-digit volume growth outlook for FY27 and 19–21 percent EBITDA margins. This confidence stems from planned capacity expansion, supply-chain enhancements, new product launches, and an enriched product mix. Nuvama raised its 12-month target price for the stock to Rs 46,201 from Rs 45,433 previously.
